Hospitality.FM podcast network launched for the hospitality industry
US: Hospitality.FM, a creative podcast network dedicated to bringing some of the best hospitality-focused podcasts to those in and around the industry, has officially launched.
The podcast network will feature podcasts with content covering the short-term rental industry, as well as hotels, food and beverage, topics including diversity and inclusion, guest experience, technology and operations.
Confirmed shows joining the network at launch include: Slick Talk; Good Morning Hospitality; I Meet Hotel – The Hoteliers Podcast; GuestX Podcast; The No BS Short-Term Rental Podcast; Proven Principles Podcast; and The Post Shift Podcast. Additional contracts are currently being negotiated and 20 shows are expected to be produced and distributed via the network by the end of 2022.
Launched by hospitality podcaster Wil Slickers, Hospitality.FM will work by offering audiences one media platform on which to access their favourite shows, as well as providing podcast hosts with production services, distribution, marketing and a professional structure to monetise their shows. For brands, the network will offer a range of tailored and targeted opportunities to reach engaged audiences across the spectrum of hospitality.
Wil Slickers, host of Slick Talk and the Good Morning Hospitality podcasts, and founder of Hospitality.FM, said: “Our mission with Hospitality.FM is to create a prominent and louder voice for the hospitality industry.
“For hosts, we help them enjoy the best perks of podcasting while getting rid of all the headaches that running a podcast can entail. For the hospitality industry, we are creating a cohesive platform to communicate with an engaged, loyal and targeted audience.
“We believe that, together, our sum is greater than our parts,” he added.
By launching, Hospitality.FM is aiming to give the industry a prominent and louder voice to reach more listeners by “Going All In, On Audio”.
